Who googled those maps anyway?

Before we left home, we downloaded the maps of the countries we would visit in order to estimate travel times and distances. Evidently the crows fly quite differently in Asia since the roads we thought would take 2 hours actually take closer to 5. Seems Google doesn't take into account oxen, tuk-tuks, monkeys, potholes or photo stops along the way.
