In Jaipur, we ate dinner atop The Shapura House, an old home which has been converted to the hotel where we stayed. The ambience and cuisine were typical Rajasthani and music and dancing were provided during our meal. I respectfully declined the invitation to join this woman in her dance (It's my guess they wanted a good laugh).
Note for all my Western friends: Dahl is a dish made of beans, most often lentils, served in almost every restaurant.
